How soon will my purchase be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them.If the item is not currently in stock you will be contacted immediately with an estimated arrival date.As we are dealing with imports, some delays may occur that are out of our control, but we promise to keep you informed if this happens.

What if I need to ask a questions about what I am about to buy?

What if my new purchase is the wrong size?

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange to exchange for the correct size.Please do not use goods that are the wrong size, as they must be returned with original labels and packaging for an exchange.

What if my purchase is faulty?

Manufacturing faults do occasionally occur.Please contact us on receipt of the goods if it has arrived with a fault or been damaged in the post – we will be happy to resolve this problem for you as quickly as we can.
