Look after your Point Two and your Point Two will look after you.
Point Two recommends that you send your jacket in for a service annually, after six inflations or after a particularly heavy fall.
A certified service agent will remove the airbag and verify its integrity. If there are any weaknesses, we will replace the airbag FREE of charge. We look for tears, punctures and creases and test it inflates and deflates at the appropriate rates.
The service includes a wash of the shell making it look like new.

Payment can be made through the website or by completing the payment details on the form. Please include a pre-addressed Postal Bag (we recommend you use a ExpressPost or Pack & Track Bag so the item can be tracked) with your jacket so the jacket can be returned to you.
